The translation

The text you needs translating is sent to Crystal Connect by e-mail.
Before the translation work gets underway, Crystal Connect reviews the text and finds out from the customer if any specific glossaries are available and if there are any special language-use requirements.
If the customer so requires, Crystal Connect is perfectly willing to do the layout work for the translation.
The translation is delivered to you within the deadline you set. We can supply the work by e-mail, on disk, on paper, by fax, by messenger …
Once the translation has been delivered, the customer may provide us with feedback. All comments and suggestions are routinely investigated to help us produce the glossaries required to guarantee Crystal Connect invariably supplies a product that meets the customer’s demands down to the finest detail.
